Shipping & Delivery

A: All of our furniture ships fully assembled in custom, precise-fit packaging via FedEx to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

A: Shipping is completely free! We cover the cost of shipping so you don’t have to.

Returns & Refunds
✅ Q: What if I want to return my table?
A: We do not cover return shipping for buyer’s remorse. We strongly recommend reading the listing carefully and measuring your space to ensure the item is the right fit before purchasing.

A: If we made an error, Doug and Cristy Designs will cover the return cost. However, please note the following:

- Character flaws (such as natural knots, variations, and imperfections in the wood) are part of the design and not considered defects. These are described in our listings and do not qualify for a prepaid return label.
- Shipping damage is different from character flaws. If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please keep the original packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you with a return or replacement.
