Deon
Deon was born in Fort Worth, Texas, and raised in Niagara Falls, New York. With a diverse background spanning HVAC, electrical work, land surveying, and inventory distribution, he has done a little bit of everything. Deon takes great pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers, finding fulfillment in knowing they receive his best every time. When he's not working, he enjoys cycling and reading—and one day, he hopes to visit Israel.

Adolfo
Adolfo, born and raised in Veracruz, Mexico, later made his way to Dallas, Texas, where he built a career working with his hands in home remodeling, furniture repair and refinishing, and fence construction. His passion for furniture building shines through every step of the process—from carefully selecting the perfect wood to the detailed sanding and finishing of each piece. In his spare time, Adolfo enjoys cooking and working with antiques. He has truly found his calling at Doug & Cristy Designs and looks forward to growing with the team as he continues to refine his craft in fine furniture making.

Antione, a Dallas, Texas native, spent years honing his skills in plastic production and cabinet assembly. As a child, he had a passion for drawing, and today, he sees woodworking as his new form of artistic expression. He takes great pride in working with his hands, crafting each piece with care and precision. When he's not in the shop, Antione enjoys quality time with his children.

Dakiren, known as DK, was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. With a background in welding, he thrives on the challenge of crafting something new every day and takes pride in seeing each project come to life. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games and has a dream of going skydiving one day.

Donta
Donta was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and loves being part of a team that feels like family. He takes great pride in his craft, knowing that every piece he works on will become a meaningful part of someone’s home. Outside of work, Donta enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his kids. He also dreams of traveling the world one day, exploring new places and experiences.
Robert
Robert was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and brings a wealth of experience in painting, welding, and refurbishing furniture. He genuinely enjoys his job and is grateful for the positive, supportive environment and the great team he works alongside. Outside of work, Robert is passionate about barbecuing and loves spending time with family and friends. He also dreams of one day completing a full restoration and remodel on his beloved Acura GSR car.
Rod
Rod was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where he spent several years working in construction. From a young age, he developed a passion for working with his hands, often building model cars as a hobby. Rod finds fulfillment in coming to work each day in an environment that "feels like family," and he believes that a positive workplace atmosphere brings out his best work. He’s grateful to experience that every day. Outside of work, Rod enjoys spending time fishing and, of course, continuing his love for building things.

Marcus was born and raised in the small town of Elrod, Alabama, where he first honed his craft making cabinets by hand. He has a deep passion for taking old wood and giving it new life, finding purpose in the process of turning reclaimed materials into beautiful, lasting furniture. For Marcus, building isn’t just about craftsmanship—it’s about preserving history, creating something meaningful, and passing on his skills to the next generation. Marcus enjoys spending time with his kids and dreams of one day going skydiving!
Will
Will grew up in Dallas, Texas, and later attended college in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he studied Physical Therapy. He has plans to return to school in the future to pursue his Master's degree. Will finds great fulfillment in working for Doug and Cristy Designs, drawn to the positive leadership and nurturing work environment that are demonstrated every day. Outside of work, he enjoys reading and dreams of one day visiting Rome.
