At Doug and Cristy Designs, each item is handcrafted and shipped with care. Because we offer free shipping, we do not accept general returns unless the item arrives damaged or we have made a shipping error.
Returns Due to Damage or Our Error:If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we will gladly cover the return shipping--but only under the following conditions:

• You must contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• You must provide photos of both the packaging and the product to verify the issue.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging. Do not throw away the box or packing materials.
  • Our packaging is custom-made to fit each item, and using a different or larger box may result in oversized shipping charges that we cannot cover.

Once the photos are received and verified, we will issue a return shipping label.
Returns for Buyer’s Remorse:If you simply changed your mind and wish to return the item, we can make an exception under the following conditions:

• You provide your own return label and send us the tracking number.
• The return is initiated and the item is shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
• The item is returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns in alternate boxes due to the risk of damage or oversize fees.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:

• The return is initiated after 30 days from delivery.
• The item is returned in non-original or altered packaging.
• The item is used, damaged by the customer, or otherwise not in resellable condition.
